More than 120 FOREIGN FISHING PROFESSIONALS have already confirmed their presence in the "70th International FISHING FAIR, especially operators working in agro-alimentary, fishing machinery and equipment sectors coming from the following countries:
- Europe: Denmark, France, Spain, Croatia, Greece and Turkey;
- Africa: Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, Mauritania, Senegal and Tunisia;
- South America: Argentina, Chile and Peru.
Government representatives from some of the above-mentioned countries and specialized press journalists will attend the Exhibition, too.
Please be advised that besides the traditional sectors (Equipment, Processing Technologies, Shipbuilding, Aquaculture and Seafood) a bigger area - where Scotland, United Kingdom, Wales, Spain, Denmark, Sweden and Finland have already booked their stand - will be reserved to INNOVATIVE PROJECTS.

NATIONAL SELECTION OF FISH WINES
In 2010 the "11th National Selection of Fish Wines" is scheduled. It is one of the twenty-five competitions at a national level for which the Ministry of Agricultural and Forest Policies authorized to issue distinctions. It is organized by the Fair Organization together with A.S.Pe.A. (special bureau of the Ancona Chamber of Commerce), the Province of Ancona and Marche Region.

THE WORLD OF FISHING MEETS THE SCHOOL
This event, celebrating its 13th anniversary in 2010, is aimed at promoting meetings and exchange of ideas between the University, Research and School on sea and fishing activity. More than a thousand studends coming from Italy and the European countries will be involved.

PAVESE AZZURRO Prize
According to a well-established tradition, after the opening ceremony, the "32nd Pavese Azzurro" will be awarded. It is a Prize which has been created to exalt the activity of those who witnessed courage, dedication and civil virtues to contribute to technical, social and economic progress in professional fishing.
