"Prince Charming" arrives at the "International FISHING Fair" "Prince Charming" - a project approved within the announcement D.D.P.F. No. 175/2010 on the 2007/2013 European Fisheries Funds and proposed by Ancona (Italy) Italian Chamber of Commerce - will be presented on the 28th of May, on the occasion of "71st International FISHING Fair" (Ancona, 27-29 May, 2011). With the aim of promoting the fishing sector and in particular to spread the use of anchovies, sardines and mackerels among young people, restaurateurs and families as healthy, natural and cheap food, the project proposes to boost the consumption of this kind of local fish in homes, restaurant industry and, especially, to modify and improve today's eating habits. On the 28th of May, "Prince Charming" project will include the preview of a short film which talks about Ancona fishing, showing the beauties of Ancona habitat, fishing activities, catch landings, anchovies, sardines and mackerels market and restaurant industry, proposing local typical recipes. Protagonists of fishing will attend the event as well. On this occasion, an international renowned chef will tell his own experiences about cuisine and will illustrate different ways of cooking anchovies, sardines and mackerels. A tasting will be offered to visitors, with imaginative, delicious and tasty recipes that will be presented by a national excellence in culinary art, "Istituto Alberghiero Panzini", the State Vocational School for Hotel and Catering in Senigallia, near Ancona.
